• Enrolled as undergraduate / postgraduate student
• Adequate academic background or interest related to coastal and marine management, aquatic/fisheries science, or socio-economics topics
• Have a written recommendation letter from the lecturer or senior researcher*
• Create motivation letter* and short video (max. 1 minute) about “Youth Idea Challenges in Blue Economy”, upload the video through registration portal
• Sufficient English communication skills
• Commitment to complete the full duration of the summer course program and contribute to collaborative learning
