The main activities of this symposium are:
1) The symposium consist of three main activities, namely the delivery of papers by keynote speakers, oral presentation by participants, and poster presentation by participants
2) Publication, namely publication of papers in Scopus indexed proceedings
3) Side events, (revitalization or initiation of the formation of a community or association for science and management of aquatic resources)
ISARM has been held twice, namely in 2020 and 2021
