Guidelines for Poster Presentations

The poster presentations are not carried out directly by the participants in the zoom meeting. The committee will present posters with audio in poster zoom sessions. Thus, all participants should make posters and audio. Discussion session (Q&A) will be held on the ISDCFM website.

We will provide username and password for all presenters and participants to be able to see posters and to do Q&A on the website.

The poster must be in portrait, A3 size (297 x 420 mm), and include the logo of ISDCFM. The poster file should be in JPEG format. Poster must be prepared in English.

All posters will be displayed on the website during the event, therefore the time for discussion is flexible, not limited by zoom sessions.

The audio contains a brief explanation of your work/poster with a duration 2-3 minutes. Audio must be prepared in English and the file should be in mp3 format.

 

Please submit your poster and audio to our email address isdcfm@apps.ipb.ac.id (Subject: Poster_Abstract ID) before July 26, 2023. Rename your poster and audio file as  “Poster&audio_Abstract ID”.

Guidelines for Oral Presentations

Oral presentation sessions are carried out with a panel scheme of three or four presentations with 1 discussion session. Each presentation will be 10 to 15 minutes timeslot.

The content and pictures used in the presentation slide must be original.

All presentations must be made in Microsoft PowerPoint with dimensions of 16:9. The presentations must be prepared in English.

We suggest using Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman font type. Confirm a font size of at least 24 points for body text and 36-40 points for headings. Confirm that the maximum number of lines in text slides is no more than 6 or 7. Please keep animations and slide transitions to a minimum.

Image files are embedded directly into PowerPoint when the file is saved, while video and audio files are not. Only a link is made to those files. Copy your video and audio clips into the same folder as the PowerPoint file. This will eliminate the problem of PowerPoint losing the link to the file. The recommended video format for Windows-based presentations is Windows Media (WMV).

Please submit your slide to our email address isdcfm@apps.ipb.ac.id (Subject: Slide_Abstract ID) before July 26, 2023. Rename your slide file as  “Slide_Abstract ID”.
